We’re a church in Tulsa that believes the Bible is true and preaches it plainly. We gather to worship God, study His Word, and serve one another, and we’d love for you to join us.
What We Believe
Scripture is God’s Word. Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior. Salvation is through faith in Him alone. We hold to these truths, teach them plainly, and are glad to walk through them with you.
PASTORAL LEADERSHIP
Bishop/Pastor M. L. Holdman
The foundation of Faith, Hope and Charity lies in Pastor Holdman’s vision to grow into a church on the leading edge of technology.
Pastor Holdman was called to ministry at an early age. He received the majority of his ministry training under Bishop Thomas Smith Jr., Pastor of Church of the Living God, Reading Street. After leaving Church of the Living God, Reading Street, in the early 1990s, Pastor Holdman and his family joined the Disciples of Christ Ministries.
As a member of Pine Street Disciples of Christ, he started a men’s ministry that grew into one of the largest men’s fellowships in the Disciples of Christ churches in Oklahoma. He later attended Victory Bible Institute, became a member of Victory Fellowship Ministerial Association, and received his ordination and ministerial license to preach the gospel.
In November 1995, Pastor Holdman and his wife Deborah founded Faith, Hope and Charity Christian Center. With her strong support, FHC has grown into a multicultural, multidenominational global ministry where people from every walk of life can find a place to belong.
Pastor Holdman desires a church where all are welcome, wherever they are in life’s journey. FHC strives to be a place of restoration, a hospital for the sick to be healed, a shelter for the homeless, and food for the hungry.
